Straighforward operation: Once it's all set up, throw in a tape, press play on the VCR, and then hit record on the software.
Easy to connect and install: It took me longer to dig out the VCR and get it connected than it did to install the software and connect it to the VCR. I bought this to transfer old VHS kids movies to my NAS for streaming.
